I Think of Blackheads (1971). A sentimental film starring Jenny Karezi, Petros Fissoun, Alki Giannakas, Eleni Erimou and Stavros Xenides. In Vienna in 1820, Manto Mavrogenous meets a group of Greek students and they talk about the revolution that is about to take place. Returning to Greece, her uncle introduces her to the Filiki Eteria. Manto sells her dowry and equips her own ship and army with the aim of helping the revolution. She meets the founder of the Filiki Eteria, Dimitrios Ypsilantis, and forms a relationship with him but encounters the objections of the political leaders of the struggle and especially Ioannis Kolettis who fears that the two young people may want to become the first kings of the new nation. To break up their relationship, she uses the beautiful painter Niki Kalogera, who has just arrived from Paris.
